Modular Frame Legacy: The C68 proudly continues Colnago’s tradition of modular carbon frame construction. Built from eight separately produced carbon parts, just like the previous C series, the frame is hand-assembled in Italy through precisely engineered joints and interlocks, preserving the unique character that has defined this iconic platform.

Refined Through Banding: A new manual banding process is introduced at the joints between the carbon modules, where carbon bands are carefully applied, then filed and polished by hand. This allows the C68 to achieve the clean visual elegance of a monocoque frame while retaining the distinctive strengths and ride qualities of Colnago’s modular design.

Precision in Every Module: By producing the frame through smaller individual carbon modules rather than as one complete structure, Colnago is able to apply greater care and control during manufacturing. This process helps achieve exceptional carbon quality, greater precision and the kind of detail that reflects the savoir-faire passed down through generations of Italian frame builders.
